The Belgian song selection show has just ended. It has been decided that the young singer Iris will sing Would you? at the 2012 Eurovision Song Contest in Baku.
The Flemish young singer, Iris has been internally selected by the Flemish broadcaster Eén to represent Belgium in the forthcoming Eurovision Song Contest in Baku.
Iris has performed tonight two songs, Safety net and Would you? in a short show een song voor Iris with Peter Van de Veire as host.
The viewers had the opportunity to choose between these two ballads through the televoting and the song Would you? got more televotes from the Belgian audience.
The results:
Would you?, 53%
Safety net, 47%
Iris will perform her entry in the first semi-final in Eurovision 2012
